The color scheme was nice. You highlighted the important part of your notes and examples so the reader gopt the best out of reading your notes. The format was also nice. A short explanation at the top followed by examples is an ideal way to convey your meaning. I liked how you added additionaly vocabulary for people who might not know them. However, it would have been nice to add examples of mistakes, so that a reader would know what to be careful of. Maybe you could have added a sentence which contradicted one of your rules. That way, a reader could see both the right way and the wrong way. The question you asked "are there other characters with multiple uses?" is a question that i think you already knew the answer to. Maybe you could have asked "Are there more rules governing the usage of zai4?" For the most part, I thought this was an excellent project, though a few extra touches would not have hurt it.
